Signing up for Robin
Signing up for Robin is a simple two-step sign up process. After providing your email address, it requires you to connect your company-hosted email and calendar system. Then, you will need to connect your CRM system. There is no download required and no user interface that you need to learn or use.
Communicating with Robin
Once you’re fully connected, Robin will scan your inbox, calendar and CRM records. Robin then learns from your historical data and scans to find new information that can be added or updated to existing CRM records.
Using the information it finds, Robin will generate it’s to-do list. Robin will send a daily to-do list via email, which can be accessed through your desktop browser or mobile device.
Robin’s to-do list
The to-do list shows tasks that Robin can complete, including:
- Updating contact information (phone number, title, etc.)
- Adding missing account information (e.g. company size, website, annual revenue, etc.)
- Suggesting new accounts for prospecting
- Logging emails and calendar invites
- Updating outdated account close dates
- Much, much more
The to-do list will be ordered based on the frequency and how recently you interacted with a person or company.
Once you review Robin’s to-do list, you can either approve or decline its suggested tasks. Simply check the specific item or bulk filter if you don’t want Robin to do a certain type of task (for example, maybe you don’t want to update any calendar events).
You can approve all the tasks by clicking the “Approve all tasks” button at the bottom of the to-do list.
A simple example
Robin detects a new contact phone number in an email signature.
Robin suggests to update this phone number in its daily to-do list; you approve.
The updated information is reflected in the relevant CRM record.
Saving you time
As a part of Robin’s daily emails, it tells you how much time it can save you if you approve it’s to-do list. Our engineers estimate that each task would take you about 45 seconds to complete manually, without Robin. The number of tasks Robin found is multiplied by 45 seconds to calculate the estimated amount of time it saves you each day if you approve all suggested tasks.
